Payment is due at time of service.  Payment options include:

Credit Card ( + 3% processing fee)

Debit Card (zero processing fee)

Apple Pay ( + 3% processing fee if linked to credit card; no fee for debit)

Google Pay ( + 3% processing fee if linked to credit card; no fee for debit)

Samsung Pay ( + 3% processing fee if linked to credit card; no fee for debit)

Check (zero processing fee)

Cash (zero processing fee)

FSA or HSA (zero processing fee)

In special instances, you may be required to prepay for your appointment, subject to the doctor’s determination. This mostly applies to cosmetic appointments and surgeries, as we hold prolonged appointment times for these procedures.  Late cancellation for these appointment types is highly disruptive to the flow of patient care in our office.

If a pre-payment is collected, in order to receive a full refund, a cancellation or reschedule must occur a full 3 business days before the scheduled appointment.    Please note: refunds may take up to 90 calendar days to process.  Thank you for your understanding.
