Yocelin is a certified medical assistant, and she recently joined our team in November 2023. She has been working in the medical field since 2017 in different kinds of specialties. Dermatology has always been a favorite of hers, with a passion for skincare and patient care. She strives to make every visit as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Ana is our office’s Healthcare Virtual Assistant. Besides being Dr. Abuav’s virtual right hand, you will get to know her as the one answering your calls, emails, and scheduling your appointments. Any questions about charges, billing, receipts, outside records, or anything else, Ana is your point person.
Ana is working remotely from the Philippines, but she is just a quick phone call or email away. Her care and love for Dr. Abuav’s patients gives the feeling that Ana is right next door!
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. On a personal note, Ana enjoys photography, music, and the arts.

Mae is also our Healthcare Virtual Assistant. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has 7 years of experience in customer service, and she takes pride in taking the time to truly understand patient concerns and ensuring that they are always satisfied with the service she provides. Like Ana, Mae will be working remotely in the Philippines. On a personal note, she sings in a chorus and loves spending time with her cats. Mae looks forward to communicating with you in the near future, whether it be by phone, email, or fax.
Quiza is our newest Healthcare Virtual Assistant who joined our team in November 2024, bringing a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology as well as 7 years of customer and patient service experience to our practice. She will ensure that our patients’ concerns are heard and promptly addressed, as this is her passion. Quiza will be working remotely from the Philippines, alongside Ana and Mae. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cooking, and visiting the beach. When you reach out to us, Quiza will be happy to assist you soon!
